Our fees are very competitive, and in comparison to most other providers our services offer incredible value for money. The fees listed include an in-depth consultation and advice and guidance during every step of the process.

The above fees may increase if the applicant is from a high risk country or the application is particularly complex - since we will have to prepare an extremely comprehensive case in order to give you the best chance of success. Some applicants over 45 years of age may also need ‘exceptional’ applications prepared, and other clients without formal qualifications may also need additional work for us to prepare their skill assessment or visa application. Fees for these non-standard applications are therefore likely to be higher than usual.

In all cases we provide visa application assistance for a fixed and flat fee. No hidden surprises for you.

We can also provide installment plans and can negotiate fees in some circumstances. The bottom line is if you want to hire a professional migration agent and the cost is a barrier for you to hire us, we invite you to talk to us about it. We are passionate about what we do if we can help and you are serious about hiring us, we will do what we can to make it easy for you to hire us.

As agents under our code of conduct we are required to have a client account to hold your fees until the work has been completed in accordance with our fee agreement. We advise you when the relevant portion of work has been completed and when we are releasing the fees for that portion of work.

If you change your mind after you have signed our contract and paid a deposit we will only charge you for the work completed at that time and refund the balance.

There is no legally prescribed scale of fees for migration agents however all registered migration agents are required to annually provide MARA details of their average fees.

What is not covered in our fees?

These fees do not include

• Third party costs such as Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) Visa Application Charges
• Overseas Qualifications & Occupation Assessments
• Translations of documents
• Skill Assessments
• English Language Tests such as IELTS
• Police Clearance Certificates
• Postage expenses
• Medical examination, etc.

Payment arrangements

We accept Electronic Transfer in Australian Dollars ($AUD).

We request 50% of the above fee to commence your application process and the balance prior to submission/lodging your decision ready application to DIBP.
